Billing
The Billing page is your financial dashboard. It shows your account balance, spending trends, and provides multiple ways to top up.
Account Balance
When you open the Billing page, you'll see four summary cards at the top:

| Remaining Balance | Your current account balance in USD |
| Used Balance | Total amount spent to date in USD |
| Requests (24h) | Number of API requests made in the last 24 hours |
| Tokens (24h) | Total tokens consumed in the last 24 hours |
Topping Up
Stripe Payment
- Click the Top Up button on the Billing page
- Choose a preset amount: $10, $20, $50, $100, $200, or $500
- Or enter a custom amount (subject to minimum and maximum limits)
- You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete the payment
- After a successful payment, refresh the page to see your updated balance
Redemption Code
If you have a redemption code (gift card or promotional code):
- Click the Top Up button
- Switch to the Redemption Code tab
- Enter your code and click Redeem
- The corresponding amount will be added to your balance immediately
Affiliate Program
Earn credits by referring others to TokenGO:
Get Your Referral Link
- On the Billing page, find the Affiliate Program section
- Copy your unique referral link
- Share it with others — when they sign up using your link, they become your referral
Track Referrals
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Referrals | Number of people who signed up using your link |
| Pending Credits | Referral credits waiting to be transferred to your balance |
| Total Earned | Cumulative credits earned from referrals |
Transfer Credits
Click Transfer to Balance to move pending referral credits into your main account balance. This is a manual action — credits are not transferred automatically.
Performance Metrics
The Billing page also displays 24-hour performance metrics:

| Avg TPM | Average tokens per minute over the last 24 hours |
| Avg RPM | Average requests per minute over the last 24 hours |
| Peak TPM | Highest tokens per minute recorded in the last 24 hours |
| Avg Tokens/Request | Average number of tokens consumed per request |
Usage Trends
The usage trend chart shows your consumption over the last 24 hours, broken down by hour. You can switch between three views:
- Quota — Spending in USD per hour
- Tokens — Token consumption per hour
- Requests — Number of requests per hour
Below the chart, the Top Models by Quota section ranks your most-used models by cost. Expand any model to see a detailed breakdown.
Billing Calculation
TokenGO charges based on actual token consumption:
Cost = (Prompt Tokens / 1,000,000 x Input Price) + (Completion Tokens / 1,000,000 x Output Price)
If your API key is assigned to a group with a ratio other than 1.0, the final cost is multiplied by the group ratio:
Final Cost = Cost x Group Ratio
Some models also support cache pricing — cached input tokens are billed at a lower rate. Check the Model Hub for each model's input, output, and cache prices.
